Whistle While You Work

Today, I had a list of things I needed to get accomplished. One of them was get a car tag. Sigh, I am having to rely on someone else to help me with that, and they had to work today so that didn't happen. It's cool. I'll just drive around with an expired tag for a few more months. No biggie.
After I figured out that wouldn't be happening, I decided to pay bills.
The bills I could pay online, I did, and then it hit me. I have no checks. The box of checks was somewhere hidden in the dining room amongst a sea of boxes. I hadn't had time to unpack everything yet. I made an executive decision. Today, I would find my checks. 6 hours later, and boxes now all over the house. I have found said checks. In case you were wondering, I have yet to use one of the checks and finish paying bills because I had to re-organize everything . . . and even that isn't done. However, you can walk through the dining room now!
I should probably stop and write that check before I forget about it. Please hold.
Ok, much better. Even put it in the mail. Again, baby steps.
Well, not much else occurred today. I had writers block earlier, and just decided to start writing. Doing something is better than nothing.
I think my next blog will be about how to make your house a little country, and demonstrate how to decorate with country items. Yes, that is what I shall do.
Tomorrow is Friday, so who knows if there will be a blog. You can hope!
